		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d love to have a river at the end of our place, instead of visiting the one on the neighbours&#039; farm. I think it would add to the attraction, finding out how nature has landscaped it all for you. Afraid it would be way too cold for me to swim, even in summer. Think I&#039;ll stick to the bath, I can get the right temperature and I can see what&#039;s at the bottom of it!]]></description>

Ironically, in the UK, they are rebuilding all the rivers with flood plains, trees, reed beds and the like to manage the water flow and stop it rushing into the towns when there is a storm.

In NZ it seems they are still straigtening the rivers causing problems further down and washing away all the top soil.]]></description>
