Jared, it was very pleasing to hear you read your blog; you read and presented it extremely well and are a natural for radio. Thank you for revealing another side! Having listened to numerous readings from the BBC, you can have no qualms about anything to do with your presentation. I followed the link to Katherine's blog, and while she makes some good comments about story telling, I think that what you are doing is absolutely spot on, so please, don't change a thing! When you get to publish your book (!) maybe you could let the Foundation for the Blind and Radio NZ National and Concert know what you are up to? Plus of course any radio stations in the States. You are already an unofficial ambassador for NZ. Keep up the wonderful work.....

As I entered the room and your podcast was airing quite audibly, I was stunned by the tone of your voice. The deep resonating oration sounded eerily like a radio show that was being rebroadcast from yesteryear...a very impressive narration. The pacing and the vividness of your podcasts are great!!!

Loved the podcasts. It is great to hear the author relating these amazing experiences. Could your own radio broadcast be in the future?
