Podcasts

Listening to a good story is one of life’s simple pleasures. So sit back, relax, get a cuppa, and have a listen.

Note: All of these podcasts were recorded back when I used to call CJ by his blog pseudonym, ‘Rick’. So don’t let the references to ‘Rick’ confuse you. That’s really CJ! (Read about his name change here.)

Great to hear your voice after many months of reading your blog. Inspired by The Moth perhaps? Since you mentioned The Moth podcasts a while ago I have become an avid fan. love Alan

If there is anything better than reading the blog each week, it’s listening to it! Hearing you actually tell the story, makes it come to life! I still lol-ed and pondered life, as I do when reading; but, this was best. Please consider contracting with NPR in the States so that I can listen to you while I’m driving across Nebraska. Bravo!

Love your podcasts. I’m just hoping that will buy me an Ipod so I can learn how to download your podcasts and listen to them while I walk.

    Jared,

my wife and I have been reading/listening to your blog/podcast after picking up one of your little cards in the Wine Store in Martinborough today. Having just driven back ‘over the hill’ after dinner at Tirohana, your “Conquering the Road…” post was most entertaining.

Keep up the great work and I suggest a link on this page to your Podcast feed to make it easier for potential listeners to subscribe via iTunes:
